11/08/2019 16:11Conflict in Kemer: ResolvedConflict in Kemer: Resolved[IMG=21187-7036] 67 tourists that were threatened with eviction from the hotel owing financial contradictions between the Turkish hotel Royal Resort and tour operator Sidre-tour terminated their trip and went back home, said Tatiana, Director of Travel Agency, which clients became ‘hostages’ of the conflict between two partners. The solution of the problem did not require the involvement of the Russian Federation Consulate in Antalya that was informed about the situation. According to Tatiana, tour operator negotiated with the hotel after which the company’s representatives asked tourists to write a letter emphasizing they have no claims. As a result the conflict was eliminated. The information was confirmed by Royal Resort representatives. However, they withheld comments regarding accommodation payment pointing out the continuation of the co-operation with the Russian tour operator. Meanwhile, the travel agency made a decision to terminate its contract with Sidre-tour despite the apology made. |
