Ludmila Puchkova, said: ‘we are the first company that will co-operate with Singapore Airlines. We believe our cooperation will be a success as the Airline contributes a lot into the positive image of the company’.
Furthermore, special attention was paid to the previously announced Transaero flight to Vietnam. Moreover, the perspectives of the Brazilian destination were discussed.
Ludmila Puchova also focused on work with agents owing the coming changes within the legislature. ‘at the moment we are waiting for by-laws that will effectively regulate the work of travel agents. We do not intend to either adopt any changes within the work with travel agents or establish a travel agent chain in the nearest future’, Puchkova commented. According to her, the politics of exclusive offers that suggests loyalty of travel agents will hardly pay off owing high competitiveness of the market and substitutability of the majority of programs.
