Natalie-tours Cancelled Its Charter Program To Barcelona From Samara

[IMG=20095-5854]On June 13th a representative of travel agency in Tolyatti contacted BANKO Information Service asking to clear up the situation regarding flights from Samara to Barcelona announced by Natalie Tours together with Samara Airlines and the local Travel Company Hermes-Tour. ‘At the moment the situation with the flight planned for June 17th is not clear. On June 3rd our clients had to go to Barcelona via Moscow owing the cancelled flight by Natalie Tours’, said Travel Agency representative in the interview to a BANKO correspondent. Samara Travel Agency Meridian confirmed the information. However, they pointed out that they Natalie Tours informed them about charter program cancellation on June 10th. ‘On Saturday we received a newsletter from Natalie tours saying the announced charter program from Samara can not be operated. Therefore, we will have to send our tourists via Moscow’, explained Olga Levikina, Director of Meredian. According to unaccredited sources, flights to Barcelona from Samara were cancelled owing ban for operating flights to Europe for Samara Airlines. However, top managers of Samara Airlines were unavailable for comments. Meanwhile, the situation was cleared up by Tatiana Chuvilkina, General Director Deputy of Natalie Tours. ‘Samara Airlines considered this charter program to be economically ineffective’. She added that tourists with valid Spanish visas will be sent to Spain via Moscow, while others will fly to Barcelona from Samara by a flight organized by a pool of tour operators – Samaraintour, Sputnik-Hermes, Rasip, Samara-Aerotour, Intourist).
