BANKO Information Service found out that the management structure of UTE Megapolus group has been changed since February 1st. In the meantime, the Board of Directors was formed. Several specialists were promoted: Dmitryi Fesik, the former Development Direcor was appointed to manage the operating company. Viktoria Kazimova who used to work as the Head of Foreign Offices Department took charge of Tourism Department. Furthermore, Elena Efimova, the former Head of Quality Control Department, headed Quality and Technologies Department. Larisa Raevskaya, ex supervisor of Baltic Countries Department was appointed to the position of Commercial Director. Ksenia Rekshinskaya who worked as commercial Director for three years is responsible for the retail chain ‘MegaPolus of Trips’ project, which is considered to be a very perspective one. Ksenia Ogienko, due to the maternity leave, was appointed to the position of the Assistant of the President of the group of companies – Eduard Kuznetsov.
Massive restructuring within the company that was initiated at the time of summer programs preparation is a subject for discussion among travel market experts. ‘It is difficult to judge from the outside. Anyway, if such changes within the structure are urgent it is better to make them than not to’, pointed out the CEO of UTS Group, Alexey Krilov. The majority of experts agree that restructuring might stimulate personal conflicts within the company, as some people may not like the factual reauthorization that in its turn is fraught with negative consequences for the business.
Meanwhile, UTE believes that the introduced structure will be effective. In the interview to a BANKO correspondent Eduart Kuznetsov said that the new team has enough weight in the operating company to succeed in business. Moreover, according to Kuznetsov, it is headed by Dmitryi Fesik ‘known for his ability to eliminate conflicts’.
