Participants of the round table came to the conclusion that even in spite of the active work of insurance companies and their partners abroad –assistance-companies, tourists have to increase their vigilance and in case of extreme situations, for example, when medical personnel cannot for some reasons assist any help, come to the Consulate of the Russian Federation. ‘The only establishment which defends our citizens abroad is our Consulate,’ believes Mikhail Topouria, lawyer of ‘TEZ TOUR’ company.
