Where did «Dina tour» go?

[IMG=18336-3900] On the 14th of November ‘Kurilka’ forum saw information about the disappearance of ‘Dina-tour’ company. This information came from Galina Kutuzova, manager of ‘San Light-travel’ company which sent 7 tourists to Dubai on the 11th of November through ‘Dina-tour’ company. According to her, a couple of days before the flight, Nargyiz Mamedali-kyizyi, director of ‘Dina’ informed us that the hotel booking was not confirmed and offered the tourists to substitute it by another one of a similar category. Tourists agreed but on their arrival to Dubai they found out that operator had not paid for their accommodation. What is more, according to Ms Kutuzova, one of the tourists did not have a visa: ‘He had a German passport and Nargyiz Mamedali-kyizyi assured him that he would not need a visa’ – comments manager of ‘San light travel’. Meanwhile an attempt of an agency to get in touch with the operator failed: all phones were off. In the end, the family of the German citizen was deported, the rest of the tourists paid for the hotels themselves. A Banko correspondent tried to get through to ‘Dina tour’, unsuccessfully. The situation was commented by experts of the UAE market. ‘This company have been on the market for a long time, they have always worked with the UAE, but in the past couple of years I have not heard anything of them, neither saw them in catalogues.’ – says Alexey Emelianov, head of charter flights of ‘Intaer’ company. Andrey Zorin, head of the UAE department in ‘Russian express’ company does not know much about ‘Dina-tour’s activity either. ‘I have not heard of them for two years. They might have not withstood the competition on the UAE market and problems with booking confirmation’, says the expert. What has really happened to the operator is still unknown. According to lawyers, for example, Anastasia Andreeva, specialist of the claim department of ‘Persona Grata’, if ‘Dina tour’ does not show any signs of life, the agency should address to police.
