General sponsor’s decolette for $70

[IMG=18280-3774] On the 8th of November in the office of UTE Megapolus group on Pokrovka the senior management of the nominated companies discussed the details of the final ceremony of the award, held on the 6th of December. Everyone unanimously backed up the idea of holding the event in Ekaterina’s palace in the form of a ceremonial banquet, whose guests will be 200 travel industry specialists and honorary guest invited by the nominees. The participants did not leave without paying attention to the smallest organizational issues. Discussions abounded about the dress-code requirements – for example, Karen Goncharov (DSBW) was concerned about the necessity of decolette in ladies’attire. Yulia Schegolkova (‘Tez Tour’) was concerned about the terms of providing the members of the branding committee with reports about the advertising campaigns of the year. Victor Gordeev(Capital tour), a former professional actor, pointed collegues’ attention to necessary corrections in the seating plan for the guests and location of the stage. Andrey Ignatiev strongly recommended that the organisers invite girls to participate in a defile (which is planned for the period of guests’ arrival) and a disco (a final stage of the banquet’s program). Natalia Rotmistrova (‘Rose of winds’) and Oxana Lokteva (Lanta-tour voyage) were finding out the details of ‘status’ guests who will be making a commentary about other companies on the stage. Kseniya Ogienko (UTE Megapolus group) expressed her satisfaction at the organisers’ decision not to involve a general sponsor of a ceremony – last year it was ‘Natalie Tours’ which received ambiguous opinions of the participants. Alexey Sergecheev and Alexander Korbarum (‘Intaer’) expressed their interest in the event’s budget and found the sum of $70 per guest to be too pricey. However, Ilia Itkin (‘PAC Group’), Vladimir Kaganer (‘TEZ Tour’) and Nadejda Naydis (CAPITAL tour) supported the proposed budget. The meeting of the nominees of ‘TBG’ was finished with a little excursion around the residence of UTE Megapolus group, guided wonderfully by Dmitry Fesik (a local specialist).
