[IMG=18231-3716] On the 2nd of November a BANKO correspondent continued interviewing operators to find out their work regime for the holidays between the 4th and the 6th of November. The most active strive for work will be demonstrated by ‘Pax company’ – office staff will work all three days. However their working day will be from 11:00 till 17:00 and the office will operate without a cashier. Employees who will not work these days will go to Ski mountain exhibition, which is held during the holidays. ‘Jet travel’ will have a similar situation. ‘On Saturday our managers will be in the office till 18:00 as usual, the holiday will not influence our schedule’, says Maxim Pristavko, a commercial director of the company. The working hours as well as the number of those working will differ between operators. In ‘Asset travel’ and ‘Capital tour’ managers will start work on the 4th and the 5th and the Friday will be the same as a normal working Saturday. In ‘Inna tour’ staff will be working till 16:00 and in ‘Pegas touristic’ – till 19:00 on Friday and till 17:00 on Saturday. ‘On Friday and on Saturday from 11:00 till 15:00 there will be a courrier, a cashier, a secretary and a manger from each department in the office’, said Elena Suchina, an advertising director of ‘Skyway’. In ‘Russian express’ office on these days between 11:00 and 16:00 there will only be a secretary, other staff will be rested. However, ‘Rose of winds’ on the 4th and 5th plans to work with an ‘increased presence of managers’ as a large flow of tourists is expected. A BANKO correspondent was informed of the schedule for ‘Lanta tour voyage’ and ‘Pac group’. Lanta tour told us about its holiday schedule on the site: on the 4th, 5th and 7th all company’s offices will work from 10:00 till 18:00. It looks like ‘Pac group’ will have the most relaxing schedue. As Maria Malyisheva, the head of the adverstising department commented: ‘On Friday staff will work from 11:00 till 16:00, Saturday is weekend.’
