But the senior management of the company will not appear at work, ‘the work procedures are in order, and there is no need to monitor them,’ Andrey Vlasov, the Vice-President of the company, informed IS BANKO. Yet the Lanta-Tur Company will come to its office in full force. “There is no question about the presence of the senior management: the company’s direction will not be ceased for a minute,” commented Oksana Lokteva, the Marketing Director. The VKO Travel leaders will also monitor the work of the company in person during holidays. Andrey Shmelkov, its Development Director, explained the increased demand for the European mountain ski resorts, so the presence of the management is necessary, just in case. The “workers of basic subdivisions” will be working at Natalie Tours during holidays, remarked Tatiana Chuvilkina, the Deputy General Director of the company. The exact time of the presence has not been fixed yet. Friday and Saturday will also be workdays for the managers of DSBW and PAC groups. And Tez Tour will have only its front office in the Pyatnitskaya Street open on November 4 and 5 from 10 a. m. to 5 p.m. IntAer is going to work on the individual schedule. Yelena Komarova, its Tourism Director, explains: ‘If there is a need for it, managers would come to the office. But we shall try to finish our current work on Thursday.” And Mrs. Komarova added that the president and vice-president of the company, just as other employees, will be in touch every day. The UTE Megapolus group 4 tour operator is the only company interviewed by IS BANKO which will have a holiday on November 4. ‘Judging from our experience, the demand for tours is small during holidays. And our support service is active on the 24-hour basis. As for overwork, we have enough of it on workdays,’ says Kseniya Ogiyenko, the Tourism Director. Nevertheless, on November 5 the company plans to organize a duty schedule.
