[IMG=18154-3627] On October 24th BANKO correspondent took comments from some of Premier’s major creditors. Former partners of the scandalous company, who have to pay its bills, do not hope to get their money back. ‘As far as I know, Albert Potapov does not have money and is not expected to have it in the near future,’ said Elena Kozitsyna, Director of Cartage Plus (Tunisia). Ms. Kozitsyna wouldn’t disclose the amount of the outstanding debt, but it is clear that the amount in question is tens of thousands of dollars. Eduard Kuznetsov, General Director of UTE Megapolus (Premiers owes $95,460 to its charter services subsidiary), is of a similar opinion. Since a unilateral break of relations by Premier, Albert Potapov has never contacted UTE’s management. BANKO correspondent has also managed to find out an approximate amount of Premier’s debt to its second partner for Tunisian transportation, Intourist. The amount appeared to be much larger than the one quoted by Intourist’s representative who came to the operator’s closed office in the morning. As it was explained by Nikolai Shapochkin, Intourist Charter Department Director, actually Premier owed about $30,000 to the company, and the employee who had been delegated to the failed meeting with Albert Potapov was new in the company and did not possess complete information. It is noteworthy that no one from those involved in the story, to whom Premier owes money, intends to take any cardinal actions. ‘If we go to court, we will only waste time and won’t achieve anything,’ believes, for instance, Mr. Kuznetsov. Irina Avanova, Director of travel agency ‘Santor’ (which paid $1,200 to Premier a second time for tourists’ stay in Tunisia), adds: ‘Perhaps the court may obligate Premier to pay us 100 rubles a month. This is of little use.’ Ms. Avanova also mentioned that she couldn’t reach Vyacheslav Dyatlov, the investigator in charge of Premier’s case. Banko correspondent also failed to locate Mr. Dyatlov: his phone did now answer, and Moscow’s Central UVD said that they did not expect him to come during the day. Thus, the information that Premier’s office has been sealed up by police could not be confirmed on October 24th. We remind that the source of information about the prohibition on the entry into the premises rented by Premier was the building’s chief security officer who also did not allow our correspondent to come up to the company’s sealed door.
